My stay at El Deseo Serendipity Tortuguero was simply wonderful. The location right on the beach was a highlight, allowing me to fall asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel truly cared for. Everything was exceptionally clean and new, though I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful surroundings even more.

I had an overall wonderful stay at El Deseo Serendipity Tortuguero, where the brand new facilities and cleanliness really impressed me. However, my experience was mixed due to a concerning interaction with the manager regarding tour pricing. Despite this, the staff's kindness and helpfulness stood out, especially when they organized all my activities seamlessly.

While the hotel facilities were clean and modern, the noise from the bar and courtyard affected the overall peace I hoped for. Still, I found the breakfast good with fresh fruit and good coffee to start the day.
